Vice Versa publishing bought the Spanish translation rights to Where the River Ends. They asked me to say a few words in Spanish. I did and posted the video on my Flickr account. Please forgive my pitiful Spanish.
reading your books has help me ,they allow me to see into another world ,and to see that my pain is not the only pain,i exscape my pain for brief times while reading your books.I have read all,am awaiting the next.when i stood while they lowered my 3 day old daughter in the ground I thought pain could not be any greater,but it was when I watch as they lowered my 16 yr. old grandson ,he was my heart from the moment his Mom lay him in the bed with me at age of 3 months [ she could not stop his crying] of course you know the rest of the story,then the pain of watching them lower my 33 yr.old daughter was just not real to me ,then 2 yrs. later my 40 yr.old son ,to cancer.The pain doest get any better ,just longer.
